How the Pre-Baffle System Works

 Every Pre-Baffle System begins with a custom-fabricated steel frame with two doors, designed to fit the exact dimensions of your spray booth. Installed once, the permanent frame provides the foundation for the Pre-Baffle System and allows replacement baffles to be changed quickly and efficiently for years to come.

 Disposable U-shaped Pre-Baffles are hung on the custom steel frame, creating the first line of defense against paint overspray. Metal springs & plastic caps hold the baffles securely in place. Positioned in front of your booth's primary filtration system, they capture up to 80% of overspray before it reaches your filters. Get the most out of your filters.

When the baffles reach the end of their service life, simply remove the used baffles and hang new ones on the existing steel frame. The permanent frame stays in place, making replacements fast, easy, and cost-effective. 

For every 4th filter change, a set of baffles is replaced.
